Pierced Sheepskin Parchment, 2004.
Barely there pierced sheepskin parchments, the shapes are drawn from eschutceon plates and explore placement and relationships between objects, while the actual pattern of the pierce holes mark time spent in making. The skins are semi-permeable and the pierced holes accentuate this. Process is key, as is the time and labour invested in the elements that constitute these pieces.
